Returns Policy This policy governs how to return an item to us that you have purchased from our shop. We want you to be happy with anything you purchase from us. If you are unhappy with something, please let us know as soon as possible, and follow the guidance here. How long do I have to return an item? Generally people decide quickly if an item is not suitable. We appreciate that sometimes a size may be wrong or a colour choice less than ideal. Please try to return items to us quickly so that we can organise a replacement. It can take up to 7 days to return an item to us, and all items should be received within 35 days from purchase. How should the item be packed? Please pack items carefully, ideally in their original packaging and in original, unused condition. Please remember that all items remain your responsibility until they are safely received by us. Damaged or soiled items may not be refunded. What should be included? Please ensure that you include everything, including any instruction booklets or accessories you wish to return. Please let us know why you are returning your item, and if you want a replacement or a refund. You can do this on email or include a note in your parcel. How do I return an item? For larger items, including jackets and vests, please return using our preferred courier service, iPost. Complete the details for collection and delivery, and select X-Large as the parcel size. Current pricing for this service is £11.99 including VAT for mainland UK. Do I have to pay for return postage? We will refund up to £6 towards your return postage for small items, or up to £12 for courier cost to return a vest or jacket within mainland UK. If you are not using Royal Mail or iPost, you must include a copy of the receipt in your parcel. These refunds will be made to the credit/debit card that was used for your purchase from us. Returning an item from outside the UK? Please contact us so that we can advise of the best approach. We may be able to help you with a local returns address for your country, or advise on the most efficient courier service for your location. Refund of returned postage or courier is subject to our agreement, and may be limited to the original charge made when you purchased the item. Once we have acknowledged receipt of your item, we will process any refund or exchange required immediately. What about smaller items? Smaller items, e.g. baselayers, t-shirts, lanyards, accessories etc., can be returned by Royal Mail. Please note that CO2 Canisters CANNOT be returned by Royal Mail as these are a restricted item. These items should be returned using the iPost courier service. What is your return address? Once we receive your return, we will email you to acknowledge receipt. If you have requested a replacement, we will advise you when we despatch. When will you process any refund? Once we have acknowledged receipt of your return, we will process your refund securely through SagePay, our Payment Services Provider. Refunds can take up to 14 days to complete.
