Refunds Policy
This policy governs how and when we refund money for an item returned to us that you have purchased from our shop.
We want you to be happy with anything you buy from us. If you are unhappy with something, please return it to us within 35 days of purchase, following the guidance in our Returns Policy.
We process refunds for returned items immediately they are received through our Payment Services Provider, SagePay. It can take up to 5 working days for the funds to be transferred back to you.
Terms and conditions for refunds
Any item that is unwanted, unless faulty, is returned in a resaleable condition, complete with all original labels and packaging, undamaged and unused.
Any item that you believe is faulty must be clearly identified as such. Please let us know what the fault is. Any faulty item that is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty will be subject to their verification.
We will only refund to the original debit, credit or PayPal account used to purchase the item.
How long does the refund take to appear in my account?
Once your items have been received and checked, we will process your refund within 24 hours. Please note that your card provider may take time to process the refund so that it appears on your statement. This varies by card provider and the type of card used. Please allow 7-10 days. If you need confirmation of our refund, we are happy to provide it to you.
Please remember that it can take up to 7 days to return an item to us, and all items must be received within 35 days from purchase.
