Terms and Conditions of Sale

This policy governs the terms and conditions of you purchasing from our shop. By clicking ‘Accept’ you agree to these terms and conditions. If you disagree for any reason, please click ‘Cancel’.


Selecting products from our shop and a payment method comprises an order from Love Life and Ride Ltd, to be supplied to you for your personal use.

Once we have received your order we will send you a confirmation email that includes details of what you have ordered, including pricing.


Payment is made via OPAYO (formerly SagePay), our secure online Payment Services Provider or via Klarna. No financial information is ever stored on our servers. Each Payment Services Provider offers different payment methods. OPAYO offers debit card, credit card, PayPal and American Express. Klarna offers other payment options, and may require you to create an account.

Amending your order

Once a payment method has been chosen and information provided, it is not possible to add your order, but you may cancel. If you wish to purchase additional items, please create a new order. If you wish to cancel, follow the instructions in your order confirmation email.

Deliveries and Shipping

Orders placed with us will be shipped to you as soon as possible. Once we have despatched your items we will email you with the details of the shipment and expected delivery date.


All goods remain the property of Love Life and Ride Ltd until paid for in full. Once your purchases have been delivered, responsibility for them transfers to you. If you need to return any item it remains your responsibility until received by Love Life and Ride Ltd.


If you wish to return any item to us, you may do so up to 31 days from purchase by following the guidance in our Returns Policy. The item must be received in saleable condition, i.e. unused and unsoiled. All inclusions with the item must be present, including any manual, labels and accessories supplied.


We will refund any item returned to us within the terms and conditions of our Refunds Policy.


All products supplied by us have a minimum guarantee period of 1 year from the date of sale. New HELITE Jackets and Vests have an additional 12 month manufacturer backed guarantee, extendable to 4 years through registration and servicing before 2nd anniversary of purchase; providing a total of 4 years.
